Payment is made at the time of purchase using PayPal. We sometimes offer coupon codes through social media, these must be applied correctly at the time of order. We cannot apply these discounts retroactively on past purchases.
Made to order products will take a bit longer to ship. Packages are shipped USPS priority with tracking for domestic orders. Please contact us prior to ordering with expedited shipping requests if so you wish as there may be additional cost involved. International buyers will be responsible for customs fees and should plan ahead for the additional cost. Shipment time varies depending on your country and location but if there seems to be an issue with delivery of your order pleases contact us with any questions or concerns. Large orders placed within the United States will be given free signature confirmation and insurance at our discretion depending on the size of the order. If you would like signature confirmation on a smaller order, please contact us as there is additional cost involved. Customers are responsible for pick-up at post office, should a notice be left, please prepare accordingly.

Due to the difficulty inherent in sizing clothing when purchasing online, we will honor requests for an exchange within our window of return. We do however stress the importance of checking your measurements against the size charts provided before you order, as you will be required to pay for shipment on exchanges. Also we cannot accept returns on washed or worn clothing. Please read all care instructions on tags as it is the best way to preserve the longevity of your wearable items.
Please note that there are limitations on the time that we can reasonably accept returns, and that return requests after 70 days from receipt of purchase may not be accepted.
In order to insure that you receive speedy communication from us, we request that you contact us via the socialpeloton messaging system or email support. This allows for a thorough documentation of our conversations both for your protection and ours.
In the case of damaged items, please be prepared to provide a photograph upon request.
